Director of Communications and Customer Relations
After beginning my career as a multimedia journalist and fill-in anchor at ABC affiliate KLKN-TV in Lincoln, Nebraska, I transitioned into strategic communications and marketing leadership, applying newsroom principles to enterprise-level storytelling, reputation management, and audience engagement. I currently serve as Director of Communications and Customer Relations for Anderson Auto Group, where I lead enterprise-wide internal and external communications for a multi-location organization of nearly a dozen dealerships and more than 500 employees. I oversee brand strategy, media relations, crisis communications, multimedia storytelling, and digital platforms, while managing a $3.5 million annual communications and marketing budget.
